Finding good bread or baguettes is becoming increasingly difficult. So why not bake it yourself with our patented baking dihes? Our tried-and-tested, delicious recipes take little effort and will turn you into a baking artist. With Bread&Cake, the Baguette Baker, the Roll Baker and the Gugelhupf Maker, bread, baguettes, rolls and cakes turn out as well as if they were baked in a professional wood-fired oven. For the best possible storage, we also offer a breathable Bread Pin with a linen cover.

OUR PATENT IS SIMPLY INGENIOUS

What makes our baking dishes unique is the water-filled channel. Even evaporation during baking causes a defined layer of moisture to form on the bread itself, creating a wonderful crust. The crust is particularly important when it comes to bread, because it is where the flavour components are, it protects the bread and keeps it fresh.

BREAD&CAKE – THE PATENTED BAKING DISH

The Bread&Cake baking dish turns the amateur baker into an admired baking artist - in no time at all, not least with our recipes that have been tried and tested with love and patience. Bread&Cake is made of heat-retaining CeraFlam® ceramic. This promotes even crust formation, even on the underside of the bread, without the baked goods burning. Bread&Cake is designed for recipes with up to 750 g of flour.

BREAD&CAKE XL - THE PATENTED BAKING DISH

Make recipes using up to 1,500g flour with our XL baking dish. The finished bread will weigh up to 3,500g, which is easily enough to fill up even a large family. But Bread&Cake XL can do even more than bake wonderful bread. The baking dish is equally good for pizza and cake, where results can be compared with a professional, wood-fired oven. But don’t worry, it’s all still simple and uncomplicated.
